Someone told me today that 2020 was not a year, as much as it was just a thing… beyond definition.
I think that being beyond definition is not a problem as much as it is an opportunity.
An opportunity that every leader should grab with both hands and squeeze the life out of.
After 2020, we know how to ask unaskable questions.
After 2020, we know that more and more people are looking for something else.
After 2020, we know that there is a thing called society and it does matter.
And after 2020, we know that there are new ways to do old things.

There are no constraints anymore. It is all about Change!
