A Journey to somewhere unknown...
It is Time to Travel now that we have less COVID than we used to…
Booked in today for a trip to the fabulous Northern Territory to go to Garma 2022.
Getting waaay out of my playing zone … Indigenous Cultural Exchange!
But then, it really is about walking my – continuous, never-ending – C21 talk.
When I looked at the program, it is political, cultural, educational – so much to learn and understand.
Two of the things that resonate so much in C21 are stakeholder engagement and innovation.
Understanding how various stakeholders see the world is key to successful engagement. The different views might also teach us something as well – if we are prepared to jump outside our comfort zone and the handed down knowledge.
My second key thing is innovation.
From the things that we can learn from looking at other world views, C21 directors and managers might … perhaps … come up with innovative ideas of new ways to build sustainable businesses.
How cool is that!
There are things that we can learn from cultures all over the world. Potential innovation and sustainable businesses everywhere.
Even more cooler!
If C21 leaders (that is all of us, ‘cos you are reading this…) hook into these concepts, the sky is the limit. We can pick and choose from the best of every different approach across Spaceship Earth.
If the quote is right, and we are all crew on Spaceship Earth, then every one of us has a valuable contribution to make.
And it is our job to listen, learn, engage and innovate.
Time to Travel – make the best of it while it is there!
